Project diary
Attendance and notes turn into a daily overview — who was on the project, from when to when and what was done, topped with an AI summary. Close the diary and download it as a PDF. For construction companies it doubles as the construction site diary.
Notes — typed or spoken
Type a work note or dictate it straight into the phone. AI transcribes it into readable text and files it under the right day — ideal when a worker has their hands full.
Monthly payroll statement
Hours broken down by category — worked, night, weekend, holiday, overtime. One A4 page per employee in PDF, or an Excel (XLSX) export. Your payroll input is ready in seconds.
Vacations and absences
Vacation, sick leave, doctor visits or family care in a few taps, with approvals and a vacation balance overview. Absences flow into the statement, so the month adds up.

- When your 14-day trial ends, your organization now continues on the Free plan (up to 5 people, attendance, diary and exports — AI features off) instead of being locked out. Exactly what the pricing page always promised.
- Deployment operators can create a whole new isolated instance from the web: the Instances page walks you through a short wizard and one button provisions it, including a one-time first-login link for its admin.
- The Save buttons on the Permissions page show the word Save again instead of a raw technical label.
- The Activity page no longer occasionally shows the same entry twice (or skips one) when browsing between pages after bulk operations.
- Creating an organization is now fully recorded in the activity history — the organization, its first account and its company row used to be missing from the audit trail.
- Small fixes: the signup button on the landing page no longer overflows on narrow phones, and the running shift timer no longer logs a warning when the page loads.
- When the AI service refuses a question in the assistant, the question is no longer quietly sent again to a second AI model. The message you see stays the same as before — what changed is that a refusal is reported once and nothing is asked twice on your behalf.
- If the AI service rejects a diary summary or a voice note, the server log now records only the error code. The text sent for processing — which can contain workers' names — is no longer written into the log.
- Editing a record's times on a phone or tablet works again: the Save and Delete buttons used to sit outside the screen with no way to reach them, so the window could be opened but nothing could be saved.
- In your own attendance list, a record again says which site it belongs to — the status labels used to squeeze the name away completely, leaving rows you couldn't tell apart.
- Attendance no longer slides sideways on a small phone, and the numbers on the summary tiles stay inside their card.
- When you hold the phone sideways, the last item in a period or project picker — "Custom", for instance — can be picked again instead of being cut off below the edge of the list.
- Absences and Companies show the readable card list on a tablet instead of a wide table you had to drag sideways, and a long company name no longer pushes a card heading off the screen.
- Buttons and links that show only an icon now tell a screen reader what they do, the permissions overview reads out its ticks instead of empty cells, and a few faint labels got readable contrast.

Frequently asked questions
Who is Turniket for?
Any operation that needs to track attendance by people or projects — companies and offices, tradespeople, construction companies, gyms and studios, schools and clubs, or events and temp crews. For construction companies the project diary doubles as the construction site diary; everyone else uses it as an overview of what happened on a project on a given day.
How much does it cost?
There is a Free plan for up to 5 people in one organization (attendance, diary, exports — no AI). Every signup starts with a 14-day full-featured trial; after it ends you continue on the Free plan automatically. Paid plans are flat monthly: Small €19 for up to 10 people, Medium €49 for up to 30, and Enterprise on request. AI features (the QVinto assistant, voice transcription, AI diary) are included from Small up, or can be added to Free as a one-time €5 add-on.
Where is our data stored? What about GDPR?
Data is stored on servers in the European Union. Every organization has its data separated from the others and access is governed by roles (Worker, Manager, Admin, Owner). A versioned privacy policy with user consent is included, along with data export and erasure on request — the current wording is at time.ity.sk/gdpr.
Do we have to install anything?
No. Turniket runs in a regular browser on both desktop and phone. On the phone you can add it to the home screen as an app (PWA) — it opens full-screen and works like a native app, without an app-store download.
How are overtime, night work and holidays counted?
Worked time is automatically broken down into categories — worked hours, night work, Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and overtime — with breaks deducted. The result is a monthly statement you hand to payroll as PDF or Excel.
